Information we collect

This site does not provide public accounts or comments. Standard hosting logs may process IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps for security and reliability. The optional tool-sync feature uploads only browser-encrypted ciphertext and a one-way hash of a user-generated sync key.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-R0LXMF1VG1 to understand page views, referral sources, approximate location, device and browser categories, return visits, page depth, wiki searches, calculator result copies, internal navigation, second-page visits and outbound Roblox link use. We also record a qualified-visit event after 45 seconds or 50% page depth. These events help us distinguish useful visits from empty page views.

Analytics and advertising are separate optional choices. In most regions they start on by default and either can be switched off independently. For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland, both start off until the visitor enables them. Essential security, navigation and preference storage remain available regardless of these choices. Google advertising storage, ad personalization and ad user data remain denied everywhere.

Eligible content pages can show one in-content Adsterra native placement after a short delay and one closeable 320×50 floating banner after brief time or scroll engagement. Closing the floating banner suppresses it on that browser for four hours. These placements are delivered from effectivecpmnetwork.com and highperformanceformat.com. We do not intentionally enable adult ads or pop-under ads. Adsterra or its advertising partners may process IP address, device and browser information, page URL, referral data, ad interactions, cookies or similar identifiers under their own policies. Ad content and destination pages are supplied by the advertising provider, not by Steal An Egg Wiki.

You can reopen Privacy choices at any time. “Only necessary” disables both optional services, “Save choices” applies the two switches independently, and “Allow all” enables both. Disabling analytics stops site event measurement and removes this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies; disabling advertising removes eligible Adsterra placements without changing analytics.

Local preferences

The site stores separate analytics and advertising choices, floating-banner close time, verified-outcome checklist, temporary session page counters and interactive filter preferences in your browser. Egg research notes stay in the page until copied and are not submitted to us. We do not use these preferences to build a personal profile.

Optional encrypted tool sync

If you create a private sync key and press “Save this device,” the browser combines supported observation, predictor, timer and preset values, encrypts them with AES-GCM, and uploads the ciphertext. The readable key never leaves the browser. The service stores the ciphertext, a one-way key hash, revision number and update time for up to 180 days after the most recent save. Anyone who obtains the key can decrypt or replace that backup; there is no account recovery.

Optional background reminders

If you enable a background timer reminder, your browser sends its unique push-subscription endpoint, the reminder due time and an optional repeat interval to our Cloudflare Worker. We do not send the selected egg or event name, Roblox data, gameplay data, account data or custom notification text. A random cancellation token stays in your browser. One-time jobs are deleted after delivery; failed, cancelled or repeating jobs are deleted no later than eight days after creation. You can cancel the current job by stopping the timer.

Children

This fan resource does not knowingly request personal information from children. Players should use Roblox and advertising services under the rules and supervision appropriate to their age and region.
