Five-step speed test
- Clear temporary distractions and choose a straight route.
- Record current Speed.
- Time at least three runs and keep the median result.
- Change one treadmill or Speed variable.
- Repeat the same route and compare time saved.
Speed benchmark worksheet
| Row | Record | Decision use |
|---|---|---|
| Baseline | Speed, run 1, run 2, run 3 | Use the middle time after sorting the three runs |
| Change | Exact treadmill, upgrade or training interval | Isolates the variable being tested |
| Retest | New Speed, run 1, run 2, run 3 | Produces the new median under the same route |
| Route result | Old median − new median | Seconds saved on the one-way path |
| Run result | Safe window − round trip − pickup buffer | Positive means measured headroom; zero or less means wait |
When to train more
If an egg run has little or negative safety margin, train before repeating it. Use the Speed calculator for the travel comparison and the egg run planner for pickup time and safe-window margin. The official Angelic Treadmill evidence page tracks the high-end badge without inventing its upgrade cost.
Interpret the result without overclaiming
- A lower three-run median supports a route improvement in that server.
- A single unusually fast run does not replace the median.
- Speed gain per tick and seconds per tick are separate measurements.
- The archived “+280” frame is a starting observation, not a universal treadmill stat.
- Turns, collision, latency and pickup time still need a safety buffer.
If the treadmill is the bottleneck, use the treadmill progress calculator. If two paths are the bottleneck, compare them in the trail comparison tool.
Do not reuse another game’s table
Similar Roblox titles use different treadmill, rebirth and movement systems. A table is valid only when its place ID, patch and visible values match the correct experience.
