Formula

batches = ceil(eggs ÷ capacity); unused final slots = batches × capacity − eggs

How to collect usable inputs

  1. Count usable slots, not maximum slots shown elsewhere.
  2. Use one observed timer for the egg group.
  3. Split eggs with different timers into separate runs.

This assumes each batch begins immediately after the prior batch ends.
